This newsletter is rather overdue as I have been processing some major shifts of consciousness which have now levelled out. In brief, I went through a process of receiving Reconnective Healing sessions followed by The Reconnection itself and then spent five days in Auckland with founder Eric Pearl training as a practitioner. For those of you who don’t fully know my background, I trained and commenced work as a spiritual healer in Australia fifteen years ago. Since arriving in New Zealand six years ago, I have been “waiting” for a new healing vibration to arrive. At this point, the Reconnection frequencies are the answer to my patience and I am truly enjoying working once again, in the capacity of healing. My own personal experience of The Reconnection was incredibly powerful and instigated a major acceleration through all levels of being. A key part of my last three month’s journey, was a reawakening to an energy that I have always known but not consciously worked with up until now. It is a spiritual being named Ahkmen Ra of Egyptian origin. We have been working together in the form of my (and others) questions and his answers, which I type directly onto computer. You can read a little more about him under my list of services. Right now I am going to hand over to Ahkmen Ra so his inaugural public words can greet you………
If I were to say one thing to you right now it would be breathe and simply release your fear.
Ultimately our fears are the only things that arrest our journey towards feeling happy, free and relaxed.
Our fears stem from our thoughts and belief systems, which are then carried via our emotions into our bodies. Healthy emotions move through and out of our bodies with ease and joy as energy in motion. Unhealthy and unhappy making emotions tend to lock into our bodies, the blocks rending us tired, in pain or sick.
An effective way to free yourself from beliefs, fears and painful emotional states is to recognise every time you do not feel “right”. Take a few moments to close your eyes and tap into that feeling a little deeper….then make a conscious physical effort to shake it out of your self by actioning a version of the following process:
Free trapped fear/emotions out of your body by using a combination of the following ideas (if your movement is limited, be inventive and work around it):
Symbolically grab the energy with your hands and chuck it out, dance, stamp or jump around the room to release trapped energy. Be vocal… sing, shout, tone or chant, use command words like “out” or “be gone” as an order to the old energy. Drum…if you don’t have a drum then drum a table or something with your hands. Make music. Imagine unzipping yourself out of an old belief bag and step away from it or peeling off your old skin and moving on etc. Use your intuition and creativity to liberate old trapped energies. Get the picture?
When you feel complete or spent then simply stop and place your hands on your belly, close your eyes and just breathe until you are resting and calm.
Here is a thought…..….as you contemplate yourself and possibly the next part of your life, be it seconds, moments or years….faith is your greatest ally. Keep daily faith in the Creation of life and ultimately all will be revealed in perfect harmonious distribution.
……I have found Ahkmen Ra’s insights to be profound and penetrating. Sitting in connection with his energy field creates a potency for transformation………

By now, many of you will have settled into the rhythms of 2009 and may well be contemplating your next few months. This year seems to be an important one for creating what I would call flexible structure in your life. Author Dan Millman sums this up rather well under the heading “Freedom and Discipline” in his long ago book The life you were born to live. With the vibrations of higher consciousness and planetary pulse oscillating at such an increased rate….sometimes it can be hard to remember what you did yesterday let alone last week! Of course part of this moment to moment experience is that you are residing more often in the present…which is excellent. However to add form and structure to the embodiment of this rising awareness within your being, you will need to remain very grounded as you connect more and more deeply with the Divine God/Creator within.
As long as you inhabit an earthly form and are linked to our beloved planet, it is vital to continue working towards blending Heaven and Earth deep within your being. Try to experience your Divine Essence in every moment of your existence until it becomes a natural and sublime state of union.
Below are a few helpful techniques to assist you as you raise the vibration of creation within and awaken ever more easily to the full experience of the God that you are:
Each day at some point…take a little time to stop…close your eyes…tune in deep within yourself and visualise that you are connecting to the sparks of supreme creation energy that you are…like we all are. You may like to experience this as golden yellow light flowing through you….like the energy of the sun.
Frequently visualise this golden yellow energy in behind your solar plexus and let it spread throughout you on all levels i.e. body, mind, soul, aura, higher self etc.
Utilise flexible structure to aid your day to day living e.g. draw up a weekly life timetable and place it in a few easy view places to help keep you focussed and on task. Be sure to leave space for everything you want to “do” along with free time.
Access creative outlets as often as possible. Try to stop putting off those niggling ideas and inner prompts and have some “playtime” in whatever form that takes e.g. any kind of art/music form either participating or appreciating, lectures, joining fun hobby groups, sport, travel etc.
Take time to appreciate nature in any way each day. Get out in nature, grow vegetables or simply focus on a beautiful plant, animal, view etc. Use your imagination.

A few weeks ago I spent a meditation asking to be shown what some of the acceleration energy was about. Because I am very strongly connected to the Cosmic Christ Consciousness Grid…this is my version of the information I received from spirit (usually, spirit will try to bring information through to us by the easiest means possible according to how our mind and our belief systems work)………Start by opening your mind to comprehend that the Cosmic Christ Consciousness Grid is like a divine golden energy that completely surrounds and protects our planet earth (amongst others). For some time now part of the service of the grid has been to protect earth from energies that are too highly evolved for us to accommodate on earth….think light bulb of 40 watts suddenly being asked to handle 1000watts! The grid has, if you like, been giving our planet and its inhabitants on every dimension, extra time to raise our general consciousness to be able to handle the higher vibrations of Creation. At this point in our evolution The Grid has certain “floodgate” points which simply must give way to relieve the pressure of Divine impulses streaming down onto our planet and of course growing stronger as the mind of humanity is flowering and growing more aligned to expanded states of consciousness.
We have a long way to go but…hey….since when has that stopped us?

Dear Fellow Soul Travellers
As I sit to write, I am aware that there is no pressing message, which is unusual for me. Normally when I write the Heart Temples Newsletter, I am like a full vessel… hardly able to type fast enough to keep up with the group information flowing in and through me.
Today I am aware that all feels gloriously emptied out.
So my dear brothers and sisters, many of you can relax in the knowing that you have done an enormous amount of energy shifting this year and that there is a beautiful inner resting period available to you now. Even if there is chaos around you! Make the most of this resting time so that the new and higher vibrations that you are embodying can integrate throughout your various systems.
Some of you may be noticing rather busy dream states; this may be an indication that you are floating the last pieces of old “flotsam and jetsam” out of your energy fields.
There is one clear message that Spirit is tapping me on the shoulder with…..
”All your efforts are noticed and deeply appreciated. Many of you have consciously aimed to hold higher vibrations with great fortitude this year, especially while much of the world has been fearful and heavy. Through your vigilance in anchoring the light within yourselves, the planetary grid is able to utilise this energy towards stabilising the New Co Created Consciousness. Whenever you require sustenance, simply close your eyes and visualise angels all around you, enfolding you in their wings of love. Before long you will realise that you are nourished and strengthened to the core of your soul.”

Greetings everyone…. and extra special blessings to you all at this time of major transformation on the planet.
At present the old cliché “out with the old and in with the new” is truly an understatement. More like hold on for the ride and don’t try to bring anything with you cos it will only hold you down!
Now is the time to focus intently on raising your vibration in preparation for the constantly increasing pulsations of light and higher consciousness becoming available to us. Some of you may be able to sense these energies streaming down in and through the planet. By letting go of our old thought patterns and working with the violet flame of purification we can really make use of the new cosmic energies and transform all we are shedding into light.
Many of you will be noticing a barrage of internal clearing (and external) being demanded from deep within your soul. This is a good indication that you are already in the process of moving into the New World Order. The Golden Age. For those of you who are tired on many levels…please ensure you rest and take care of your body temple because you are probably emotionally exhausted from not only clearing yourself but many light workers are transmuting energy on behalf of humanity and the planet.
Try to catch the sun’s rays each day, eat lightly and healthily, enjoy light exercise, rest and relax as much as possible, seek outlets through creative expression, listen to uplifting music, be in nature and remember to breathe. Inhale new life force energy….exhale old dead energy.

SURRENDER - it's such a relief!
What do you do...?
When you reach a point of such desperation and frustration, it seems as if nothing is working and you don’t know what to do anymore?
When no one seems to have the answers (even though they say they do), least of all you.
When you are weary to the bone. Body and Soul weary.
When you’ve prayed, meditated, invoked, released, detached, toxed, detoxed, chanted, made offerings, journalled, danced, pranced, taken up hobbies, listened to untold audio programmes, read more books and forgiven more people (including yourself) than you care to remember.
When you have tried every kind of positive thought, every kind of manifestation technique you know, seen endless therapists, attended workshops, retreated, contributed, laughed, cried, partied.... and still …not only does peace elude you but visitors like angst, sadness, grief, pain, anxiety or depression still lurk around corners waiting to ambush your life, your heart.
When you’ve tried some or none of the above but whatever it is, you just don’t feel good. Deep down something’s not right.
When mostly your life is good, even great. Then how come every so often you are faced with a dark night of the soul that goes on way longer than 12 hours!
When existence feels like a low grade virus (that no one can detect) and it’s eating away at your happiness.
When negativity forces its ugly demands upon your mind…twisting and churning you this way and that, sending waves of unhappiness that sometimes threaten and swamp you…even when deep down you know that all this negativity does not seem right…that surely this funk can’t be your natural state…?
What to do?
Ok...take a deep breath…everything’s gonna be alright. No matter what kind of dark place you are in……there is light to be found. There is a way out…it’s called
SURRENDER
…and by the way…SURRENDER isn’t just for when you are in the dark places…it’s brilliant for every single day at any time in any place!
Following is a pathway to SURRENDER which is just so simple and it’s awesome. I use the name God but it can be Creator, Great Spirit, Divine Universe, Heavenly MotherFather etc, just use whatever works for you:
Ask God to help you SURRENDER whatever it is in your life that is causing you pain, isn’t working, when you can’t find the solution etc. Here are some phrases to help you find a good way to word your prayer:
“God please help me to SURRENDER e.g. my depression, sadness, pain, anger, confusion, unhappiness, grief, suffering, negative thoughts, fear etc. I hand it all to you as you already know what I need”
or
“God you know what I need regarding (state the issue or situation). I SURRENDER it all to you now and open myself up to receive your solution at the appropriate time.”
or
“God I need help with e.g. finding a solution to my relationship, work, health, finances, desire for a soul mate, living space etc. I SURRENDER it to you now as you know what’s best for me”.
Now all you need to do is BREATHE.
Breathe in LOVE and exhale darkness. Do this 2 to 3 times. Do it whenever you feel like it but especially when you are not feeling ok. Every so often call in the Violet Flame of purification to sweep through you and cleanse you of everything that has been released and needs to be transmuted.
As for me, when I wake in the morning, I immediately SURRENDER anything that currently requires surrendering including my Divine Purpose. Then I breathe in love and exhale darkness. From time to time throughout the day I do the breathing process and cleanse with the Violet Flame once or twice a day.
Guess what…miraculous solutions and opportunities have been arriving at my doorstep. Small things and big things. I always acknowledge and give thanks for their arrival:)
I am trusting in the process and find that SURRENDERING and BREATHING seems to replace all “scrambling after outcomes”. My mind is clearer and I feel happier inside. Life is flowing better and it’s easier to live naturally in the present without necessarily knowing all the answers, without everything being anything other than exactly as it is in the moment. Life is always changing no matter what we “do”. I still do my share of contributing to manifestation in my life, for example when I need to gather numbers of people for a workshop, I SURRENDER it all to God then get on with the process of marketing the workshop.
The great thing is, results start to occur almost straight away…truly. I share this with you because I experienced and continue to experience this grace and am deeply humbled by it. Spiritual gold has been struck and the supply is an unlimited mother lode! Feel free to share it around :)
