Dear Fellow Soul Travellers
As I sit to write, I am aware that there is no pressing message, which is unusual for me. Normally when I write the Heart Temples Newsletter, I am like a full vessel… hardly able to type fast enough to keep up with the group information flowing in and through me.

Today I am aware that all feels gloriously emptied out.

So my dear brothers and sisters, many of you can relax in the knowing that you have done an enormous amount of energy shifting this year and that there is a beautiful inner resting period available to you now. Even if there is chaos around you! Make the most of this resting time so that the new and higher vibrations that you are embodying can integrate throughout your various systems.

Some of you may be noticing rather busy dream states; this may be an indication that you are floating the last pieces of old “flotsam and jetsam” out of your energy fields.

There is one clear message that Spirit is tapping me on the shoulder with…..

”All your efforts are noticed and deeply appreciated. Many of you have consciously aimed to hold higher vibrations with great fortitude this year, especially while much of the world has been fearful and heavy. Through your vigilance in anchoring the light within yourselves, the planetary grid is able to utilise this energy towards stabilising the New Co Created Consciousness. Greetings everyone…. and extra special blessings to you all at this time of major transformation on the planet.
At present the old cliché “out with the old and in with the new” is truly an understatement. More like hold on for the ride and don’t try to bring anything with you cos it will only hold you down!
Now is the time to focus intently on raising your vibration in preparation for the constantly increasing pulsations of light and higher consciousness becoming available to us. Some of you may be able to sense these energies streaming down in and through the planet. By letting go of our old thought patterns and working with the violet flame of purification we can really make use of the new cosmic energies and transform all we are shedding into light.
Many of you will be noticing a barrage of internal clearing (and external) being demanded from deep within your soul. This is a good indication that you are already in the process of moving into the New World Order. The Golden Age. For those of you who are tired on many levels…please ensure you rest and take care of your body temple because you are probably emotionally exhausted from not only clearing yourself but many light workers are transmuting energy on behalf of humanity and the planet.
Try to catch the sun’s rays each day, eat lightly and healthily, enjoy light exercise, rest and relax as much as possible, seek outlets through creative expression, listen to uplifting music, be in nature and remember to breathe. Inhale new life force energy….exhale old dead energy.

SURRENDER - it's such a relief!

What do you do...?

When you reach a point of such desperation and frustration, it seems as if nothing is working and you don’t know what to do anymore?

When no one seems to have the answers (even though they say they do), least of all you.

When you are weary to the bone. Body and Soul weary.

When you’ve prayed, meditated, invoked, released, detached, toxed, detoxed, chanted, made offerings, journalled, danced, pranced, taken up hobbies, listened to untold audio programmes, read more books and forgiven more people (including yourself) than you care to remember.

When you have tried every kind of positive thought, every kind of manifestation technique you know, seen endless therapists, attended workshops, retreated, contributed, laughed, cried, partied.... and still …not only does peace elude you but visitors like angst, sadness, grief, pain, anxiety or depression still lurk around corners waiting to ambush your life, your heart.

When you’ve tried some or none of the above but whatever it is, you just don’t feel good. Deep down something’s not right.

When mostly your life is good, even great. Then how come every so often you are faced with a dark night of the soul that goes on way longer than 12 hours!

When existence feels like a low grade virus (that no one can detect) and it’s eating away at your happiness.

When negativity forces its ugly demands upon your mind…twisting and churning you this way and that, sending waves of unhappiness that sometimes threaten and swamp you…even when deep down you know that all this negativity does not seem right…that surely this funk can’t be your natural state…?

What to do?

Ok...take a deep breath…everything’s gonna be alright. No matter what kind of dark place you are in……there is light to be found. There is a way out…it’s called

SURRENDER

…and by the way…SURRENDER isn’t just for when you are in the dark places…it’s brilliant for every single day at any time in any place!

Following is a pathway to SURRENDER which is just so simple and it’s awesome. I use the name God but it can be Creator, Great Spirit, Divine Universe, Heavenly MotherFather etc, just use whatever works for you:

Ask God to help you SURRENDER whatever it is in your life that is causing you pain, isn’t working, when you can’t find the solution etc. Here are some phrases to help you find a good way to word your prayer:

“God please help me to SURRENDER e.g. my depression, sadness, pain, anger, confusion, unhappiness, grief, suffering, negative thoughts, fear etc. I hand it all to you as you already know what I need”
or

“God you know what I need regarding (state the issue or situation). I SURRENDER it all to you now and open myself up to receive your solution at the appropriate time.”
or

“God I need help with e.g. finding a solution to my relationship, work, health, finances, desire for a soul mate, living space etc. I SURRENDER it to you now as you know what’s best for me”.

Now all you need to do is BREATHE.

Breathe in LOVE and exhale darkness. Do this 2 to 3 times. Do it whenever you feel like it but especially when you are not feeling ok. Every so often call in the Violet Flame of purification to sweep through you and cleanse you of everything that has been released and needs to be transmuted.

As for me, when I wake in the morning, I immediately SURRENDER anything that currently requires surrendering including my Divine Purpose. Then I breathe in love and exhale darkness. From time to time throughout the day I do the breathing process and cleanse with the Violet Flame once or twice a day.

Guess what…miraculous solutions and opportunities have been arriving at my doorstep. Small things and big things. I always acknowledge and give thanks for their arrival:)

I am trusting in the process and find that SURRENDERING and BREATHING seems to replace all “scrambling after outcomes”. My mind is clearer and I feel happier inside. Life is flowing better and it’s easier to live naturally in the present without necessarily knowing all the answers, without everything being anything other than exactly as it is in the moment. Life is always changing no matter what we “do”. I still do my share of contributing to manifestation in my life, for example when I need to gather numbers of people for a workshop, I SURRENDER it all to God then get on with the process of marketing the workshop.

The great thing is, results start to occur almost straight away…truly. I share this with you because I experienced and continue to experience this grace and am deeply humbled by it. Spiritual gold has been struck and the supply is an unlimited mother lode! Feel free to share it around :)

FENG SHUI ROMANCE & RELATIONSHIP TIPS

When we talk about the Marriage/Relationship sector of the Bagua, it encompasses all our relationships i.e. our relationships with loved ones, children, family, friends, business relationships… even teacher/ pupil relationships.... of course the most important relationships we can have is the relationship we have with ourselves because it is from ourselves that we then go forth and relate to everyone and everything else in the world……having said this though, usually when someone wants to enhance their relationship it is most often to do with their marriage, love life and romance …or lack of it

So how do we address this “romance” issue and what part do you play?

I recommend that before you get started with consciously manifesting your intentions...ask yourself the questions below:

Think about exactly WHAT you want to achieve in your love life?

WHY do you want it?

Is there anything within you that may be blocking you from achieving your goals in this area?

Sometimes people think or say they want something…then wonder why it’s not happening …and sometimes finally realise (perhaps in hindsight) that they themselves have been blocking their so called desired outcome because they actually didn’t really truly want it……..so having established that yes you do really want to be madly in love or whatever then it’s time to take a good look around your home for symbols of what’s really going on….

If you are serious about creating new love energy…then get rid of all negative or blocking symbols and objects for example: photos or objects depicting solitary images, images of people looking away from each other, broken appliances, bird cage for someone who always feels trapped, unhealthy half dead plants, dried flowers, miserable fish in dirty water….symbols of e.g. a cross wife/husband, living amongst the ex’s stuff etc

Also it’s always important to look at the balance of your whole house, not just the Marriage/Relationship sector of the Bagua…

Working with your Floorplan

First of all we can enhance the MARRIAGE area…..make sure there is nothing obviously solitary in this part of the house.

Incidently as a Southern Hemisphere based Feng Shui practitioner, I apply Southern Hemisphere Feng Shui. So if you are standing in your front door looking into your house, the Marriage sector is on your right at the front of the house.

The MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP sector of the Bagua resides in the earth element so use lovely earthy colours here…creams, yellows, oranges , rusts, warm browns, golds etc. Photographs, paintings and objects relating to earth, food, fruit, couples, pairs of things e.g. candles in earthy , pink or fire colours, Mandarin ducks…I love placing two rose quartz crystals together to enhance relationships…actually I was in a house the other day where the couple had been married for many years and although they had their ups and downs…the loving commitment and level of dedication to each other was quite obvious…I noticed that all over their home were pairs of everything…elephants, ducks, cherubs, even Don Quixote and his side kick Pancho Sanchez!

Now let's go to the Master bedroom…. what do we do here? … Troubleshoot for negative Qi or blocks e.g. beams above the marriage bed or even worse...lined up over the middle of the bed symbolically slicing the relationship up. Cure by moving the bed or if that’s not possible then create a canopy with drapery etc..

Make sure there is no negative Qi being generated here by sharp edges slicing up the partnership eg corners of furniture or open door edges while you sleep…all of the above are also bad for your health which detracts from good relationship as well.

How do we enhance the bedroom to improve or attract love and happy relationships?

Enhance your bedroom just like we do in the Marriage sector of the Bagua, use Fire colours for love and passion e.g. reds & golds and or Watery colours eg dark blue for enhancing your sex life. Make sure that there are objects like matching bedside tables and lamps.

In Feng Shui, FIRE relates to the heart which is symbolises love and WATER relates to sexual energy, intimacy and pregnancy.

What about attracting a soul mate?

This technique can be used to attract a relationship and also enhance the relationship you are already in. Just remember that we attract to us that which we tend to emanate e.g. if we are completely broke and our life is a mess….it can be difficult to attract someone successful and together…we need to work on ourselves to become what we aspire to in life….

So ….describe your ideal relationship or soul mate in words by writing it on a piece of red paper and place it underneath your pillow.
